Please see below images of 1" domed button badges we produce. they are a 2 piece pin badge with a brooch pin style fitting on reverse.
These badges are ideal for rush orders and although you are restricted to a 1" circular shape the design within can be as complex as you like. this is because there are no channel lines needed unlike the die struck process.
